An elegant 18th-century residence near Angers and the banks of the River Loire, with outbuildings and a swimming pool in fully walled grounds. A small village street leads to the entrance gate and a pedestrian gate that open into a large courtyard around which stand, on one side, the guest's house, opposite, the outbuildings and, on the other side, the residence whose origins date back to the 15th century. A renovated farmhouse from the 16th century with a swimming pool, an orchard and outbuildings, not far from the city of Angers, in France's Maine-et-Loire department.
