The villa is a 5-minute walk from the Port de La Rague, between Theoule and La Napoule, where you can rent a boat, jet ski, and other watercraft, enjoy the magnificent beaches in the Bay of Cannes, and savor delicious dishes in excellent restaurants. You can also walk to the center of Theoule and La Napoule villages to access the shops and other renowned restaurants, bars, and beaches in the region.
