GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION This estate is located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, less than 10 minutes from the Mediterranean coast. It enjoys a strategic location in a highly sought-after tourist area, is easily accessible (Toulon 60 km, Marseille 120 km, La Môle airport a few km away) and has helicopter landing rights. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The wine estate, with Château appellation, covers approximately 12 hectares in a preserved natural environment typical of Provence. It combines wine production, charming accommodation and wine tourism potential, with a historically renowned château brand and strong development potential. BUILDINGS The property comprises: a renovated country house of approximately 410 m² with 6 bedrooms and a swimming pool, a manager's house, agricultural sheds, a wine cellar, a wine shop, a reception room of approximately 150 m² for events. LAND AND VINEYARDS The total area is 11.9 hectares, including: 9.2 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vines, 0.9 hectares of bare land to be planted, 0.5 hectares of olive trees, approximately 3.5 hectares of woodland and natural land.
