A 20th-century Provençal villa with a sea view, a guesthouse and 3,500m² of grounds, nestled in absolute calm, only 900 metres from the beaches of Cavalière in Le Lavandou. On its west side, it offers a sea view. This terrace leads to the grounds, which are made up of lush spaces, structured with retaining walls of stone. A guesthouse stands 30 metres away. It dates back to 1972 and was extended in 2019. It offers a 100m² floor area, spread over two levels, and a stone terrace that is level with the ground floor. Between the two buildings, there is a swimming pool with a garden pavilion. This area forms a delightful space for relaxation and rest.<br />
