An elegant 18th-century residence near Angers and the banks of the River Loire, with outbuildings and a swimming pool in fully walled grounds. The roof is dotted with gable dormers with triangular or arched pediments. The window and door frames, cornice, quoins and dormers are made of tuffeau stone, as are the still visible traces of old openings. The front façade of the extension boasts a large picture window. To the rear of the house, beyond the patio surrounding it, lie the grounds with a swimming pool. The entire property is enclosed by shale walls.
