An18th-century manor house, on a former wine-growing estate of 12 hectares, with wine warehouses, outbuildings, grounds, a pond and woods, 60 kilometres from Tours. In addition, vaulted cellars extend under the entire building, while, to one side, a completely independent five-room caretaker's cottage abuts a large courtyard, former stables and agricultural storage buildings, which are also accessible from the small country road via a second gate, providing an independent and more inconspicuous entrance. Moreover, the property also includes, on the other side of the front courtyard, another outbuilding, which is currently used as a holiday cottage with a capacity of 6 to 8 people. With a grass-covered, shady interior courtyard, this building has its own private entrance via a separate gate and faces a former wine warehouse, today reconverted into a reception hall with hardwood floors.
