The adjacent dining room, boasting a fireplace and a circular oak table seating ten, is next to a lounge with large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, an 85-inch flat-screen TV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The lounge is split-level, featuring a seating area and a children's reading corner with a variety of books, toys, and games. All ground floor rooms open onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the formal gardens, complete with two marble dining tables shaded by magnificent plane trees. First Floor The first floor comprises an air-conditioned flat with two bedrooms (one with a 180 cm bed, one with a 120 cm bed, and a wooden cot), a shower room, and a toilet. There are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also includes a laundry room and an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and a toilet. Second Floor The second floor includes an air-conditioned dormitory with four single beds, a room with two 90 cm beds, a shower room, a toilet, and an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 200 cm bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and a toilet. Garden Bedrooms Two bedrooms are situated in the gardens. One air-conditioned double en-suite bedroom overlooks the small infinity pool in the Portuguese garden, making it a romantic spot for couples seeking tranquility. Another air-conditioned room, equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a television, is located in a serene part of the garden. Pool and Gardens The main heated swimming pool, set in the African garden, allows guests to swim while observing giraffes and elephants. The adjoining Pool House is equipped with its kitchen, a large built-in Weber barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower. The Pool House is self-contained from the main house and features a large shaded daybed and a small African-style hut for relaxation. The second pool is a private, square pool concealed by the high hedges of the Portuguese garden. The property is located ten minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and half an hour from Avignon, Arles, and L’Isle sur la Sorgue. The Domaine can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults (or up to 18 if four or more children are in the group). The Domain can also be privatized for weddings with a maximum of 50 guests.
