Independent apartment Bedroom with king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, kitchen and small dining room with entrance via separate staircase from courtyard or access via Lavender room. LIVING AREA The farmhouse features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, speakers and TV. Large French windows lead to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Courtyard The secure courtyard, with electric gate and space for 2 cars, is equipped with an outdoor dining area, sofas and loungers by the pool. The heated saltwater pool is secured by an electric cover. Small lounge This quiet lounge with sofa and large fireplace is located near the entrance hall. It gives access to the first floor shower room and laundry room.
