Welcome to MAK Real Estate, Our estate agency, located a few steps from Dumon square, has kept its human scale since it opened in 2012. Our team consists of Jonathan Petyt, Nicolas Moors & Tiago d'Ursel, all of whom specialise in the sale and rental of residential properties in and around the Brussels Region. Many of the formalities involved in selling or letting a property (PEB certificate, electrical inspection, asbestos inventory, urban planning information, etc.) are carried out by us on your behalf with the relevant bodies.
