How do I manage my email alerts and subscriptions on the Belles Demeures site?
I would like to unsubscribe from my email alerts, what do I do?
You are still receiving email alerts, even though you want to be unsubscribed.
To unsubscribe from an email alert, you should:
1/ Go to your inbox
2/ Click on a Belles Demeures email alert.
3/ Look for the "unsubscribe" or "manage my subscriptions" link
4/ Click on the link: this will take you to your alert management page.
5/ Delete the alert(s) you no longer wish to receive. You can also click on the "Delete All" button which will unsubscribe you from all your property alerts.
6/ And that's it, you are now successfully unsubscribed!
I am still receiving emails even though I have unsubscribed from my property alerts.
Several explanations are possible.
Explanation 1: You have alerts on several email addresses and you have only unsubscribed from one address.
If this is the case, you should unsubscribe from all your email addresses. To do this, follow the detailed instructions here.
If you have the Belles Demeures app, check that you are unsubscribed from your alerts by going to the Preferences tab and then Property Alerts
Explanation 2: You did not unsubscribe from all types of alerts.
If you have successfully unsubscribed from all your email addresses, you may still receive alerts from our partners, or emails with personalised suggestions.
To unsubscribe from these emails also, you should go to your alerts management page (following the procedure described here) and click on "delete" on the offer alerts and on the personalised suggestions
Explanation 3: You have successfully unsubscribed from all your Belles Demeures alerts, but you have alerts on other sites of the group (SeLoger, Lux Residence, etc.).
In this case, check the email address used to send your alerts: if it is a site other than Belles Demeures, you should repeat the unsubscription operation for each of the sites concerned.
Explanation 4: You have received alerts that were queued for sending at the time of unsubscription.
This is possible, especially on the busiest days. In this case, you can wait 24 hours and check your incoming emails after this period.
I would like to change the name of my alert, what do I do?
To change the name of your alert, you should go to your alert management page (the steps are described here).At the name of your alert, click on the "pencil" button: you can then modify the name of your alert. Once you have chosen a name, don't forget to click on "Save".
And that's it, the name of the alert has been changed!
