One parcel for red wine has been planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc and Merlot. The white wine section offers Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. All areas are 7000 plants per hectare in density. The nearest village is just a couple of minutes by car, and has a small supermarket, bar and school. The famous wine town of St Emilion is 26km away, and he larger town of Bergerac is 20 minutes away has an airport and a bilingual school offering French and UK curriculums. The city of Bordeaux, with an international airport and TGV connection to Paris is 45 minutes away by car.
