It accommodates four bedrooms, with the possibility of creating a fifth. The bedrooms share a bathroom with custom-made furniture, a shower, and a view of the garden, as well as a second, more private shower room. The bucolic, country-style garden comprises a vegetable patch, fruit trees, aromatic plants, and various other trees. A small brick-paved path leads to a 26 m² outbuilding nestled in the shade of a mimosa tree, awaiting conversion.
