Under the building, accessed only from outside, is a fully equipped professional kitchen and several preparation areas with a chilled room. At one end is the hatch connecting to the upstairs room. Gardens There are no formal gardens or grass areas but around the property there are pots with shrubs on the terraces and borders with climbing plants. There is a swimming pool with surrounding terraces and shade from an ornamental pergola. There is a pool room under the house and also a storage room for pool furniture. Large remote controlled sliding gates close off the parking area which can accommodate several cars with ease. Location It is situated close to the heart of a busy town yet it is peaceful sitting on the terraces. The town has a lot of history and attracts visitors to its cathedral and riverbank.
