A restored 18th-century mill, outbuildings and 2.5 ha of grounds 30 minutes from Tours in the Centre-Val de Loire region . Flanked by majestic tuffeau pillars, a tall wrought-iron gate opens onto a vast gravel courtyard. A large paved terrace runs along the edge of the buildings, providing access to the garden and the lake it overlooks. A reach and its reservoir border the property to the west, before the water feeds a wheel and runs through the park.
