The salty sea air and changing natural light add to the site's charm. Birdsong accompanies the lapping of the water in Arcachon Bay. In the distance, you can make out the silhouettes of traditional beach huts on stilts - emblems of the bay - with a clear blue sky as their backdrop. At the bottom of the garden, there is a garage that has been converted into a 35m² studio apartment with a lounge, a kitchenette, a shower room and a lavatory. It also houses a large air-conditioned wine cellar.
