The attic is located on the second floor. Near the château is an outbuilding with a lean-to. The garden, covering 5,087 m², surrounds the château and features boxwood and topiary. Renovations have included the installation of underfloor heating in the main rooms on the first floor. The electrical system has been updated, and the sanitation system is up to code.
