This level can also be reached from the communal areas of the building, through another door. An independent studio flat on three levels is accessed from the entrance: On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a living room and a wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine with a sleeping area. A second concrete staircase leads to the lower level. An intermediate landing serves the lavatory. A few steps further down is a bedroom with a window and a bathroom at the back.
