- When you fill out the form of information request on a real estate to a real estate professional in the context of a purchase, rental or seasonal rental project, you provide us with the following information in order to send your request to the real estate professional:

• civil status,
• email address, phone number,
• message, unless you fill out the contact form “Would you like us to call you back?”,
• search criteria.

Unless you object, you will also receive by email similar properties corresponding to your search criteria as well as our proposals for services around your real estate project (which we qualify as Analogous Services).
When you tick the “Receive our partners’ offers” box of this contact form, your search criteria are sent to real estate professionals, DCF clients, who can offer you properties similar to your search.
Moreover , subject to your consent, we collect certain browsing data (number of contact requests associated with your email address and pages visited) in order to allow the real estate professional to better understand your real estate purchase project, to estimate automatically the degree of interest of your research and communicate this indication to the real estate professional to help him improve his management of contact requests, and to indicate to the real estate professional the classifieds ads which could interest you.

- When you complete the request form for the estimate and sale of a property (“Do you plan to sell a luxury property?”), you provide us with the following information in order to be called back to refine the estimate of your property and help you to swiftly sell your property thanks to our network of partner agencies, subject to your consent :

• civil status,
• email address, telephone number,
• characteristics of the real estate (type, surface, location and optionally, address and description),
• information on your project of sale.

- When you complete the Contact Agency form via the Directory, you give us the following information so that we can send your contact request to the real estate professional you wish to contact by email:

• email address, telephone number,
• message, unless you fill out the contact form “Would you like us to call you back?”,

- When you complete the Contact Us form, you provide our customer service with the following information in order to answer your questions:
