The modernity of the kitchen space is complimented by gorgeous wooden beams on the ceiling, a traditional blue ceramic picture on the wall, and bodega. Opposite the staircase to the first floor is the guest toilet, which leads through to the spacious and stylish living room, with dining space. Outside, guests will find a well furnished private patio area with BBQ. On the first floor guests will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom is located directly on the left and is ensuite. The bed is made up as a double, but can be separated should you wish. The two other rooms on this floor both contain 2 single beds, and they share a full bathroom. On the third floor, clients will find a second living room. The sofa converts into a sofa bed, which sleeps two further guests. There is also a terrace space from this rooms from which guests can enjoy sun for most of the day. Opposite this room is the final bedroom. This bedroom is made up of two single bed and has its own bathroom. This room also enjoys its own terrace from which you see the sea. The property enjoys strong wifi throughout, and all rooms have air conditioning (heating & cooling). The urbanisation has a large swimming pool (open during the summer months), tennis courts and a small football pitch, all of which guests have complimentary access.
